2. Service Usage and Safety

FitBlues provides fitness tracking, nutrition logging, AI-driven wellness guidance, trainer discovery, and related tools. FitBlues does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting intensive workouts, making drastic dietary changes, or relying on app-generated recommendations where you have a medical condition, injury, or special health concern.

3. Accounts and User Responsibilities

Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

Eligibility: FitBlues is not intended for children under 18 without verifiable parent or guardian consent.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account, logging fitness or nutrition data, using trainer services, or submitting support requests.

4. AI Features and Performance Liability

FitBlues AI features may generate food analysis, workout feedback, AI coach replies, diet plans, and workout plans based on your inputs and profile context. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your personal circumstances.

Biological outcomes vary based on individual compliance, health status, environment, and other factors. FitBlues is not liable for outcomes resulting from software-guided instruction or AI-generated suggestions.

5. Subscription Protocols and Payments

Access to AI Coach, advanced tracking, trainer subscriptions, or other paid features may require an active subscription or successful payment. Subscriptions are billed at the start of each period and may be governed by the renewal, cancellation, and refund settings of the app store, payment processor, or platform used for purchase.

6. User Conduct

You may not misuse FitBlues, scrape service data, reverse engineer protected systems or on-device AI models, interfere with service reliability, impersonate others, submit fraudulent trainer or payment information, or use FitBlues for unlawful, abusive, or unsafe activity.

Violations may result in restricted access, immediate account termination, removal from trainer marketplace features, or other action needed to protect users and the service.
